Responsibilities

Lead assessment, design, development and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply chain and Manufacturing custom objects, reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions
Partner with clients’ business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment in accordance with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
Lead the architecture of solution options considering Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain and Manufacturing capabilities to address business requirements and business pain points
Ensure high quality and value-added documentation of functional and technical solution design for review, update, and approval for implementation
Lead the hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA), Supply Chain Manufacturing (OM, IN, PM, ASCP) and work with client stakeholders to ensure configurations are in alignment with business requirements
Lead the hands-on development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions
Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery
Develop the Practice, including growing the team, business development, and growth to becoming a leading Financial Transformation cloud practice
Expand and identify opportunities to expand into other area of technology expertise and ecosystems beyond Oracle

Required

5+ years prior management experience as an ERP Practice Director in Finance Transformation, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations
10+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc)
Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 – Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery
Take extreme ownership and commitment towards results and getting the job done
