Responsibilities
Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and technical requirements
Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
Present technical solutions and architecture decisions to both technical and executive stakeholders
Design end-to-end technical solutions that meet customer requirements and business constraints
Create detailed technical architecture documents, system diagrams, and implementation plans
Evaluate trade-offs between different technical approaches and recommend optimal solutions
Ensure solutions align with security, scalability, and performance requirements
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence platform capabilities
Lead and mentor a team of delivery engineers, providing technical guidance and direction
Remove technical and process blockers that impede team productivity
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices
Facilitate technical decision-making and conflict resolution within delivery teams
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
Own the technical delivery timeline and ensure projects meet customer expectations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, and customer success
Manage technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
Provide regular project updates and technical status reports to stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer for delivered solutions
Articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying technical backgrounds
Address technical challenges and customer concerns with creative, pragmatic solutions
Lead technical troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis
Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and training sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
7+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and familiarity with Go or Java
Hands-on experience with web scraping, browser automation (Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer), and API integration
Strong background in data storage solutions (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), data processing pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and big data technologies (Apache Spark, Kafka)
Expert-level AWS experience including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and infrastructure as code with Terraform
Experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI/ML pipeline deployment
Deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, and service mesh technologies
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring, and logging solutions
Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving complex projects to completion
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
Experience managing customer relationships and handling escalations
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
3+ years of direct customer-facing experience in technical roles
Experience with enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations
Understanding of customer success principles and post-sale engagement
Ability to build trust and credibility with technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or AI/ML
AWS Solutions Architect certification and deep experience with serverless architectures
Experience with real-time data processing, stream processing, and data lake architectures
Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
Advanced experience with anti-bot detection circumvention, proxy management, and large-scale scraping operations
Advanced Terraform skills including module development, state management, and multi-environment deployments
Experience optimizing data processing pipelines and web automation workflows for scale
Knowledge of data privacy regulations, API security, and secure credential management in automated systems
