Responsibilities
Lead the layout, installation, and modification of electrical wiring and pneumatic/hydraulic piping for advanced manufacturing systems
Oversee system-level planning, establish component lists, and coordinate material procurement with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain
Supervise electricians, pipefitters, and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Troubleshoot complex systems and manage manpower and developing procedures
Qualification
Required
7+ years as a Senior Pipefitter or Senior Electrician, Journeyman's card or Technical Certification preferred
3+ years as a supervisor or team leader is preferred
Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements
Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to travel 80% to customer sites
Must be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico
Must be flexible to work at any of these three locations as needed for an extended period of time
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs
Preferred
Journeyman's card or Technical Certification
3+ years as a supervisor or team leader
Weld systems knowledge is a plus
