Support the mechanical builders with leadership, training, and daily assignments

Required

7+ years as a Senior Toolmaker or Senior Machine Builder
Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements
Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico

Preferred

3+ years as a supervisor or team leader
Journeyman's card or Technical Certification
Weld systems knowledge is a plus
