Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, KPIs and roadmap for the Automations pod
Translate messy, multi-step operational workflows into agentic, intuitive product experiences
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, SMEs and Ops to drive alignment on and deliver high-leverage automation opportunities
Run your own processes to derive actionable user insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
Define and run cross-functional processes to test, measure, learn and refine how agentic systems anticipate user needs
Ship fast, reliable features that balance automation efficiency with user trust and transparency
Establish success metrics that blend operational scale with human-centered experience

Required

5+ years in product management roles within technical product environments
Strong technical fluency - able to collaborate deeply with engineering
Solid technical foundation (through education and/or hands-on experience)
Proven interest working with automation or agentic workflow products
Comfort operating in 0→1, fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or other complex regulated domains
Early-stage startup experience (Series B or earlier)
Background in AI / intelligent workflow products
