Responsibilities
Accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records
Accurate maintenance of fee agreements
Updating eligibility and ensuring that needed pre-certifications and authorizations are in place
Reconciling reports within the Electronic Medical Record
Working with therapists and other staff members on problems related to weekly reports and billing issues
Timely answering of all phone calls and inquiries from clients or other staff members
Providing interpreting services for Arisa associates who are working with Spanish-speaking clients and their family members
Qualification
Required
Fluently communicate in both English and Spanish
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Timely answering of all phone calls and inquiries from clients or other staff members is required
Preferred
One year of experience in a related field is preferred
