Peer Center Program Manager - CPS, CPRP
Clarvida is a national agency dedicated to improving lives and communities through mental health support. The Peer Support Program Manager will oversee the operations of a peer support program, manage a small team, and develop individual recovery plans while providing training and supervision.

Responsibilities
Guide the day-to-day operations of a mental health peer support program
Maintain open communication and support to program participants and staff
Carry a Peer Support caseload
Oversee a team of 2-5 employees
Review documentation
Develop client Individual Recovery Plans (IRP)
Provide meaningful training and supervision to aid in their professional growth
Represent Clarvida positively and professionally in the community, with local agencies, clients, and their families
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED or bachelor's degree
Certification and experience as a Certified Peer Specialist
Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) or working toward obtaining
Valid Georgia Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Clean Criminal Background Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation-child or adult)
Preferred
Supervisory experience
2 years or more experience working within the psychiatric population
