Responsibilities

You will support/Direct/Monitor/Lead Project Management and Construction Operations for multiple offices
You will execute assigned projects on time and under budget, to our customer’s satisfaction
You will develop and implement effective construction management strategies and drive profitable growth
You will implement construction activity to increase productivity and project delivery goals
You will ensure high levels of performance
You will ensure customer satisfaction
You will manage subcontracting resources, with accountability for subcontracting compliance and quality of work performed
You will perform any other job duties associated with a senior leadership role as assigned

Qualification

Required

You will be 18 years of age or older
You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
You have 7 years of construction management experience, preferably in cable and fiber optics
You have successfully led construction, engineering and business functions at a high growth telecommunications company
You have a consistent record of accomplishment within a leadership role
You have proven skill in developing and coaching team members to maximize their capabilities and skills
You have a undergraduate degree in Construction Management or relevant career field, years of experience in lieu will be considered
Must be willing to travel domestically 50-75% of time
