Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic customer selection, categorization, and effective account farming
Execute structured account planning and reporting, ensuring timely, concise updates in CRM and management reports
Build strong customer relationships through in-depth account analysis, understanding customer needs, priorities, and concerns
Achieve sales and GP targets by confidently demonstrating IMI Precision Engineering’s product benefits and differentiators
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement and technical support
Negotiate favorable commercial terms by identifying risk factors and collaborating with internal teams to secure sound contractual agreements

Required

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
At least 7 years of proven sales experience and technical knowledge, particularly in pneumatic systems, motion, and fluid control

Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player with a proactive learning attitude and eagerness to grow
Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity and quick grasp of technical concepts, with a commitment to continuous learning
Possession of own vehicle and willingness to travel as required for the role
