Responsibilities

Overseeing the design and execution of complex structural engineering projects
Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff
Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed
Leading business development efforts, including proposal writing and client engagement
Ensure all projects comply with local, state and federal regulations
Collaborate with other Project Managers / Multidisciplinary teams on projects ensuring timely completion

Required

B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering structural focus from an accredited university
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
5+ years of experience after licensure in structural engineering
Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
Strong client relationship management and business development experience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

M.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering structural focus from an accredited university
Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
Experience living or working in Washington is a plus
