Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle execution of domestic and global custom market research projects

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines

Work closely with the senior team lead to coordinate project deliverables and ensure alignment on objectives

Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment

Design research materials (screeners, guides, surveys)

Analyze complex HCP and patient data (qual & quant) to extract insights

Develop and present clear, actionable reports and strategic recommendations

Present findings to clients alongside the project lead

Contribute to proposal design and content with senior guidance

Oversee and mentor junior team members, identifying training needs

Delegate tasks while remaining hands-on to ensure quality deliverables

Provide timely, constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders
