Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional growth strategies across GSE Leasing & Maintenance, Sale & Leaseback, and Airport Solutions. Build a robust pipeline of profitable opportunities and support M&A or partnership evaluations
Lead key account management, conduct strategic business reviews, and foster long-term partnerships with airlines, airports, ground handlers, and OEMs
Oversee contract implementation, align service delivery with operational capabilities, and ensure accurate revenue billing
Standardize commercial processes, develop business cases, and negotiate contracts with a focus on profitability and compliance. Collaborate with global stakeholders to share best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven success in business development or key account management within aviation
Strong network across the aviation ecosystem
Commercial acumen with experience structuring and closing complex deals
Ability to analyze market trends, develop business cases, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
