Responsibilities

Own paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn) — from strategy to creative testing and optimization

Manage and scale CoinTracker’s affiliate program, with structured tracking, incentives, and ROI analysis

Partner on SEO improvements and lightweight content/organic experiments

Implement and maintain attribution frameworks (pixels, CAPI, Roadway, Segment, SDKs) to measure impact with confidence

Build a campaign and experimentation calendar — ensuring high test velocity and tight learning loops

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, social, finance, and vendors to execute campaigns on time and with impact

Provide clear reporting on channel performance, ROI, and recommendations for budget allocation

Explore referral, gamification, and viral growth loops to unlock new sources of acquisition and engagement
