Responsibilities

Facilitate the implementation of new clients to ensure a smooth adoption of the GeoWealth platform by developing a thorough understanding of a client’s business needs and setting expectations based on the scope of the transition, including creating and maintaining a detailed roadmap with clear deliverables and timelines for the client
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, engaging in regular communication to identify evolving needs and propose suitable solution throughout the transition process
Possess knowledge to answer a variety of platform, product, compliance, investment, and custodial questions, and the ability to discern when to bring in additional resources to address client inquiries
Liaise with internal teams (e.g, billing, investment operations, compliance) during onboarding and provide effective communication to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner according to the transition roadmap
Quality assurance and data accuracy for transition projects such as model mapping, fee schedule implementation, and historical performance imports
Lead platform training for clients during implementation and on an ad hoc basis post-transition to provide ongoing education by highlighting platform enhancements and new functionality
Collaborate with external partners and vendors including custodians on transition logistics as well as 1. strategic initiatives
Support the Business Development team on demos with prospects as the technical platform expert and onboarding specialist, leading the demo as needed; and provide billing set up support in contract discussions and negotiations
Provide support for new business for existing RIA clients post-transition
Collect user feedback and coordinate with the GeoWealth Product team on platform enhancement requests to ensure clients are represented in product roadmap discussions

Required

10+ years of experience in RIA transitions, FinTech onboarding, or client service within the wealth management industry
Familiarity with TAMPs, custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.), and portfolio accounting systems
Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple transitions simultaneously
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships with proven track record of success
Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
Operates with a high level of professionalism and accountability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving growth environment
Proficient with CRM tools; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Bachelor's Degree (Business or Communication preferred)
