Responsibilities

Lead performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok and Affiliate, while collaborating cross-functionally on Search, Shopping, and YouTube across all markets
Carefully analyze campaign performance, evaluate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with the performance and data team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for greater efficiency
Analyze and recommend new copy, creative assets, bidding strategies, and testing structures using both qualitative and quantitative metrics

Continuously propose optimizations and ensure the quality control of campaigns
Prepare accurate reports with clearly synthesized insights and actionable next steps
Research market trends and competition to ensure Eight Sleep is competitive in the market
Develop and implement tests at a rapid pace
Stays up to date on relevant industry trends, new ad products, and best practices

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience with Meta Business Suite with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, ideally with budgets above $1M per year
Experience with analytics and research tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, SearchAds 360, keyword planner)
Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
Experience and/or ability to manage affiliate platforms like Impact
Develop and continually expand or refine targeting/copy/assets based on performance
Strong familiarity with marketing funnels + attribution analysis
Experience or understanding of incrementality
International awareness, with a basic knowledge of diverse cultures
A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
Analytical mindset with creative intuition — equally fluent in metrics and emotion
A passion for health, technology, and design — and belief that sleep is the ultimate performance enhancer
Comfortable experimenting with AI/ML tools and integrating AI-driven insights into marketing strategies. Experience or willingness to engage with AI-augmented workflows (e.g., leveraging AI for competitive research, ideation, campaign optimization)
