The role involves managing billing trackers, auditing Master Service Agreements, and collaborating with department supervisors to capture all billable hours and charges.

Responsibilities

Ensure all billable activities are captured and recorded daily

Update and maintain the billing tracker daily for accuracy and completeness

Audit all Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to ensure correct billing practices

Work with department supervisors to capture billable hours, materials, and assessorial charges

Partner with the Finance Billing Department to audit and verify billing for VAS, SP, Retail, Materials, and Storage

Maintain detailed records of all billable activities for reference and auditing purposes

Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and enhance accuracy

Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures

Discover insights and communicate to leadership on additional revenue gains
