UnionMain Homes is seeking a Jr. Sales Counselor to provide on-site coverage at their sales offices on the east side of DFW. The role involves building rapport with prospective buyers, demonstrating homes, and following up to convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site coverage at our sales offices on the east side of DFW

Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyers’ housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect’s needs

Follow up with all potential buyers in order to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts

Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal

Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration

Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events

Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all UnionMain website, digital advertising, and 3rd party sources

Respond quickly to "Live Chat" inquiries and convert to on-site appointments

Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson

Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads
