Energy Services Account Executive
C&C Group is an integrator of various manufacturer’s products for construction and service projects, headquartered in Lenexa, KS. They are seeking an Energy Services Account Executive to build long-term partnerships with educational and municipal organizations, guiding them through the sales process to implement energy optimization solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Superintendents, CFOs, Business Managers, and Directors of Facilities
Lead clients through the sales process, from initial contact to project implementation, while ensuring clear communication and alignment with their financial and operational goals
Leverage in-house business development resources to generate leads and secure high-impact sales meetings
Conduct presentations, to educate clients on the financial and operational benefits of our solutions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onsite energy analysis and project implementation
Provide detailed business plans, quotes, and contract renewals for ongoing client relationships
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of B2B sales experience is a plus
Experience selling to education, municipal, or nonprofit sectors is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Kansas
Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (including criminal and motor vehicle history)
