Network Services Sales Account Executive
C&C Group is an integrator of various manufacturer’s products for construction and service projects. They are seeking a Network Services Sales Account Executive responsible for providing customer solutions, maximizing account penetration, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Act as a strategic technology advisor, identifying and delivering tailored solutions in areas such as cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and unified communications
Provides knowledge and consultation in the form of developing technology-related solutions for the customer’s problems
Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers
Converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process
Develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer’s organization, including facility manager, project manager, project engineers, IT staff and purchasing
Developing and maintaining a pipeline of business
Develops and executes an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership
Provides account business reports
Provides quotes for repairs, change outs, and network solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price services
Contacts responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts
Estimates project by analyzing and integrating equipment, software, subcontractors, and services for each project
Prepares, negotiates, and reviews agreement/project scope
Assists customers in answering technical questions on systems and relevant industry issues
Knowledge of current Network, Wireless, VOIP, UCaaS, Storage, Servers and PC’s
Technical Software or similar technical solutions and partner programs
Ability to uncover customer needs and match those needs to appropriate technology solutions
Presentation and communication skills
Technology Sales experience in the geographic territory of the role
Familiarity with partner ecosystems and vendor programs (e.g., Extreme Networks, Microsoft, Dell, VMware)

Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check
