Entry, Mid LevelC&C Group is an integrator of various manufacturer's products, headquartered in Lenexa, KS. They are seeking a Fire Safety Service Field Engineer who will be responsible for programming and troubleshooting Fire Alarm systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities
Responsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer's location
Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customers
Ability to work with hand tools for mounting, assembling, testing, and programming systems
Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
Provides technical support to customers
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license
Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check
Proficient knowledge in Fire Systems
Proficient knowledge in Common Electrical Instruments and their usage
Proficient knowledge in Local and Wide Area Networking
Proficient knowledge in Life Safety and Security Codes/Standards
