Delivering strategic insights, structured reporting, and data analysis that align with departmental goals and leadership agenda priorities
Tracking key performance indicators such as productivity and on-time delivery
Analyzing monthly trends and assessing their impact on overall team performance
Collaborate closely with Finance to design and maintain a robust reporting framework that enables data-driven decision-making and fosters continuous improvement
Lead and support logistics projects, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
