Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support by performing on-site installations and managing all aspects of system diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs for complex equipment and systems

Ensure operational quality by inspecting and approving system performance

Train customers on system operation and maintenance while acting as the primary liaison between the company and the customer for both technical and administrative matters related to assigned projects

Interpret customer needs and determine whether issue resolution should involve sales personnel, customer support representatives, or engineers

Responsibilities may encompass all facets of field support, including but not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking
