Responsibilities
Partner with the CTO to define and drive the technical roadmap, operational priorities, and team rituals
Lead special projects across engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional initiatives
Build and manage systems for clear planning, communication, and execution within the tech org
Act as a force multiplier: framing decisions, unblocking progress, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
Serve as an internal hub between engineering, product, design, and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Background in software engineering, product management, data science, or product design is required - you are already experienced in technical organizations
Sharp communicator with a bias for clarity, speed, and structured thinking
Operationally excellent—you create systems that others adopt and trust
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments; you default to action
Trusted partner who can hold context, spot blind spots, and help a technical leader perform at their best
