Responsibilities
May include a variety of weather conditions including hot, humid, cold or wet, and direct sun exposure
Must be able to stand squat, bend, lift arms above head, and lift around 50lbs. Anything over 50lbs needs to be team lifted
Variety of surfaces including gravel, concrete, mud, dirt, or other surfaces
Must be available to work agreed upon availability
Able to stand and walk on your feet for multiple hours at a time with breaks as required by law
Operate effectively in a high paced setting involving various individuals and teams
Teamwork: Willing to work with a core group of people on a daily basis to achieve a common outcome
Guest Experience: Be committed to an excellent guest experience, as defined and trained by Family Tree Nursery core values and mission
Execution: Perform tasks as assigned by leadership
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and job site
Manage, organize, and keep in working order all tools provided by the location
Maintain a high standard of workmanship
Demonstrate professionalism in all tasks
Operate skid steer, forklift and dingo
Be comfortable driving large truck and/or trailer
Be on-time and present, ready to go every shift
Execute daily work lists as assigned
Answer phone calls and Radios
Load and unload trucks, hard goods, customer deliveries, etc
Maintain proper PPE when using cleaners and sterilant, while keeping workspaces clean and organized
Perform any other duties as assigned by store leadership
Qualification
Required
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a USDOT physical to drive
Must be 18+ years of age
Must be available to work agreed upon availability
Able to stand and walk on your feet for multiple hours at a time with breaks as required by law
