OSSBS - Temporary, Part-Time Quality Control Specialist
University of Central Oklahoma is seeking a part-time, temporary Quality Control Specialist to ensure compliance with grant observations and internal policies. The role involves conducting quality reviews, identifying risks, and providing training to program staff to maintain the integrity of grant-funded projects.

Conduct quality reviews of data gathering to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify areas of risk or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
Work collaboratively with program teams to implement quality assurance protocols and improve processes
Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on quality standards and compliance requirements
Document procedures and findings to support transparency and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to operate a typical motor vehicle
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate data for accuracy and compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information
Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with program oversite
