The Litigation Intern will be responsible for updating and maintaining the litigation docket, generating reports, and working with legal experts in various areas of law.

Responsibilities

Work with existing GL litigation docket to bring it up-to-date based on information in TPA database and internal notes

Keep docket up to date based on emails from Litigation Paralegal and AGCs

Generate report templates and calendars to communication status of cases

Work with AGC and Litigation Paralegal to generate SOPs around litigation docket

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Litigation lawMS 365 applicationsCommunication skillsAttention to detailDatabasesOrganizational skills

Required

Completed one year at an ABA-accredited Law School

Knowledge of basic legal concepts in litigation, tort and/or employment law

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Mastery of MS 365 applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Familiarity with databases and data management a plus
