Responsibilities

Play a key role with the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence (CoE) by supporting the complete talent lifecycle across assigned regions for all lines of business
Serve as the primary liaison between the CoE and regional teams driving the end-to-end talent strategies for recruitment, onboarding, and development programs for hourly and salaried associates
Partner closely for all lines of business with local Associate Experience and Operations teams, Kroger Store Support Center Talent Partners, and business leaders to strengthen recruiting pipelines, accelerate bench strength and associate role readiness
Support the performance and growth of individuals pursuing role advancement and development through Pearl Street Academy programs, role-based onboarding, development programs, and form intentional relationships with strategic local partners to support talent pipelines
Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
