Director, Partner Marketing
Koala Health is focused on simplifying pet health management through innovative products and services. They are seeking a hands-on Director of Partner Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads, while partnering closely with the Sales organization to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
Develop and lead a multi-channel lead generation strategy focused on demo bookings and pipeline acceleration
Execute campaigns targeting practice owners, clinic managers, and veterinary professionals through a variety of outlets including but not limited to: email campaigns and CRM journeys, Paid search (Google Ads) and retargeting, Social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and online vet communities (Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit), Veterinary publications
Layer in supporting brand awareness tactics to reinforce Koala’s presence in the veterinary community
Drive continuous optimization through data-driven A/B testing, performance insights, and campaign iteration
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals and target accounts with the goal of increasing demo bookings and demo conversion rates
Improve content and collateral to maximize demo conversions, including sales decks and partner pitch decks, one-pagers and printed materials, website copy, email templates, and case studies
Create enablement resources that empower Sales to deliver consistent and impactful messaging
Build automated lead nurturing journeys to move prospects from awareness to demo to conversion
Own CRM campaign management and measurement, ensuring timely, targeted communication
Use segmentation and performance data to refine messaging for high-value audiences
Establish clear KPIs for all lead generation and sales enablement programs
Report on campaign performance regularly and translate data into actionable insights
Measure the impact of marketing activities on demo bookings, pipeline growth, and conversion rates
Qualification
Required
7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation and sales enablement, specifically within veterinary or adjacent healthcare industries
2+ year of experience in veterinary medicine or adjacent industries
Proven track record of building campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
Strong collaboration and communication skills with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
A strong mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills
Highly organized with a bias toward action and measurable results
Fast moving, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment
