Responsibilities

Manage the maintenance and renewal of Also’s corporate insurance program

Collaborate with cross-functional teams from around the world to ensure risk is understood and addressed appropriately

Manage relationships with insurance brokers, carriers and other third parties

Support cross-functional work on strategic initiatives relating to identifying, understanding and managing risk

Review and negotiate contractual insurance requirements

Manage corporate insurance claims activity

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence within the function

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field

7+ years of experience in the corporate insurance space
