Director Of Sales
KS2 Technologies is a fast paced, entrepreneurial company looking for a progressive, competitive Sales Leader who pushes sales and marketing to the next level. As a Sales Leader, you will provide direction, leadership, and management to the existing Sales team while helping recruit and grow the team to align with the overall business plan.

Responsibilities
Build, manage, and hold a sales team accountable for sales quota, customer satisfaction, and other defined metrics
Recruit, train, and coach inside and outside sales teams to maximize growth and market opportunities
Sell Cloud ERP, KS2's IP, AI, Cloud Infrastructure, Consulting and Managed Services solutions into Enterprise Accounts with a focus on recurring revenue
Build out additional sales and marketing processes and capabilities
Responsible for annual sales and marketing plan, budget, strategy, and execution
Define and develop product/service offerings and pricing
Member of Senior Leadership Team, responsible for key sales/marketing metric weekly reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Formal sales training in a recognized solution-selling methodology (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, etc.)
Proven sales leadership experience with a growth-oriented mindset, ideally gained in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
Established track record of selling Enterprise Technology (Oracle JDE, Oracle SaaS, AI, OCI, IBM) and Professional Services (project-based and managed services) to Enterprise Accounts
Proficient with digital sales tools including HubSpot, Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Fluent with AI-based content generation tools
Must successfully complete a background and drug screening
