Responsibilities

Plan, develop and execute radiation tests on electrical components and systems
Design and develop component test hardware/software for various radiation environments
Develop and execute test plans and procedures for radiation characterization and radiation lot acceptance tests
Analyze and interpret radiation test data
Conduct functional, performance, and qualification testing
Develop and execute detailed test schedules
Prepare radiation test & analysis reports
Prepare and present radiation results and achieve customer approvals
Experience working in radiation environments, radiation facilities, and dosimetry systems to include prompt dose, total dose, neutron, proton, and heavy ion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
2+ years of direct experience

Preferred

Degree in electrical, computer engineering
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Security Clearance preferred
Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of complicated tasks
An understanding of data structures to provide analytical problem solving
