Responsibilities

Collect and review vendor onboarding documentation

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide complete vendor packets to the Controller for approval

Accurately enter vendor details into the ERP system following approval

Manage and prepare royalty reports for agencies such as the NFL, MLB, and NHL

Work with large data sets to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Review license agreement to understand royalty reporting requirements

Collaborate with internal business partners to establish and maintain best practices for each agency

Drive process improvements in existing processes, including partnering with IT to drive more accurate reporting across agencies

Assist in the administration of the corporate card program, including management of monthly report submission through Concur

Provide timely and professional support to cardholders

Monitor compliance and escalate issues as needed

Maintain training materials and lead training courses for cardholders

Identify and resolve issues proactively

Support the AP team with ad hoc tasks as needed
