Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
Take vital signs and observe patients for changes in health status
Assist in meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring comfort and well-being
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure the best care possible
Follow care plans and ensure patient safety and dignity at all times
Qualification
Required
Current Wisconsin CNA certification
At least 18 years old
A compassionate heart and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Flexibility and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations
Preferred
Previous experience as a CNA is a plus, but not required!
