Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop cloud-native applications (preferably Java or Golang/GO) with high performance, scalability, and security
Define application architecture blueprints, reusable patterns, and best practices for cloud deployment and integration
Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Lead the adoption of modern architectural practices such as microservices, API-driven design, and event-driven architecture
Oversee code reviews, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and cloud infrastructure integration to ensure efficient delivery
Troubleshoot complex system issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability and fault tolerance in distributed environments
Mentor development teams and guide them on architectural decisions, frameworks, and DevOps best practices
Stay current with emerging cloud and Java ecosystem technologies and recommend adoption strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade Java applications
Deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, and REST API design
Proven experience architecting microservices-based applications and deploying them on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Strong understanding of cloud-native principles (containers, orchestration, scalability, and monitoring)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps)
Strong background in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle); familiarity with NoSQL systems is a plus
Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance tuning in cloud environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
