Mid LevelSatori Digital is focused on evolving internet infrastructure into a utility, and they are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support their Technician Operations team. The role involves guiding field technicians, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring installations are completed on time and to standard.
Responsibilities
Keep projects on track: Deliver >90% of installations on time by owning live technician support and unblocking issues in real time
Raise quality standards: Reduce rework rates <5% and ensure compliance with installation artifacts and validation checks
Accelerate installs: Partner with Operations Engineering to roll out automated technician tooling that cuts install validation times by 30%
Running live installation support shifts - answering technician questions, guiding them through steps, and escalating blockers
Troubleshooting networking and hardware issues in real time, logging root causes, and ensuring fixes stick
Documenting progress across active installs and pushing updates to project managers and internal stakeholders
Spotting recurring issues and working with Operations Engineering to design new playbooks, tools, or product changes
Translating technician feedback into product improvements, ensuring our hardware and software are purpose-built for the field
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, particularly in technical or networking environments
Strong troubleshooting skills for networking and hardware issues
Ability to guide and support field technicians in real time
Experience in documenting progress and communicating updates to stakeholders
Ability to identify recurring issues and collaborate with engineering teams to design solutions
Experience in translating user feedback into product improvements
Preferred
Experience with automated tooling for installations
Familiarity with installation compliance and validation processes
Background in operations engineering or related fields
Experience in designing onboarding programs for technicians
