Responsibilities
Provide federal tax compliance and planning services to Weaver’s Energy clients
Develop advanced knowledge in the Energy niche while training and mentoring other staff members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or EA license
7 + years of experience in public accounting
A thorough understanding of individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp returns, research, and general business planning knowledge
Technical expertise in tax planning and execution for Energy clients
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff
Strong relationship management and practice development skills
Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
