Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Power Platform developers and deployment resources
Participate in all phases of a project from planning through implementation and support
Collaborate with internal clients to develop, validate, and implement Power Platform solutions based on client requirements, enterprise standards and defined design patterns
Take the lead in ideating and shaping potential digital solutions by working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can enable new capabilities or improve processes
Champion digital enablement by driving adoption of emerging tools, AI, and automation across teams and solutions
Support career growth and professional development of team members through mentoring, coaching, and goal setting
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development, delivering value in smaller increments in an agile development methodology
Increase the team’s adoption of AI in the SDLC process
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture across US and India teams
Resource management and assigning resources to development projects
Coordinating the deployments of Power Platform solutions throughout the SDLC process

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
Microsoft PL-600 certification is required
5 or more years of experience with enterprise application development platforms and integrations
3 or more years of experience leading a Power Platform team
3 or more years of experience as a Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers, including providing formal individual performance feedback
Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, standard vs. premium connectors, managed environments, and governance and deployment practices are required
Experience with Dataverse and SharePoint
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams, designs, and operational support documentation is required
Experience assisting developers to improve the performance of Power Platform solutions
This position may require some local and national travel

Preferred

Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub is desired
