Responsibilities

Own the commercial strategic launch plan for relutrigine and elsunersen, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure integrated planning and execution
Lead development of the brand strategy, positioning, messaging and subsequent unbranded and branded campaigns (HCP, patient / caregiver, advocacy)
Build and manage a team to lead channel or stakeholder-specific promotional activities
Partner with various cross functional partners to pull through launch strategies including (medical affairs, sales, corporate communications, market access, etc.)
Foster a deep, collaborative partnership with data & insights leads, ensuring they are fully embedded as a strategic ally in all commercial decision-making

Required

10+ years of commercial experience in biotech or pharma, including direct launch experience
Demonstrated ability to build brand strategies and execute launch plans end-to-end
Ability to leverage insights and data to shape strategy and optimize execution
Proven track record of cross-functional leadership skills; experience building trust across a diverse group of stakeholders, and building a winning culture
Self-starter who works successfully in a fast paced, start-up environment
Ability to identify a path forward in ambiguous situations as well as to gain consensus amongst stakeholders with differing perspectives
Domestic and international travel as required

Preferred

Rare disease experience, particularly pediatric is highly desirable
Global experience and / or antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) experience is desirable but not necessary
