Responsibilities

Performing general clerical office duties, such as copying, filing, answering phones, and processing outgoing mail
Handling more complex work such as drafting and editing amendments and bills
Performing tasks under the direction of a supervisor or working independently researching, coordinating and assisting others in the preparation of Session
Performing other related duties as required

Required

A high school diploma or its equivalent, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and work experience
Knowledge of basic arithmetic
Ability to sort data alphabetically, numerically, and categorically

Ability to organize files, records, and/or other materials
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
