Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with the administration of estates and trusts including probate filings, asset inventories, and accountings
Prepare legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, waivers, and correspondence
Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies to gather and verify information
Track deadlines and manage calendars related to estate and trust matters
Maintain organized files and records in compliance with firm and court requirements
Support attorneys with tax documents, distributions, and fiduciary obligations
Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate procedures

Required

Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal in estate administration within a law firm

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information
