Responsibilities
Lead the DevOps team
Build and own deployment, change management, DR, Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code strategies for the engineering organization
Build and execute on a roadmap of initiatives to optimize cloud spend
Build and execute on a roadmap to build a highly scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure
Build and execute roadmap of features to support the engineering organization for upcoming feature launches
Establish and maintain best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization
Design, develop and maintain infrastructure using infrastructure as code tools
Participate in code and design reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of code
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of hands on experience with Azure (preferred) and AWS
Minimum 3 years of experience of leading a distributed team of infrastructure engineers
Deep experience with FinOps and cost optimization
Understanding of distributed system architecture
Strong executor with ability to get things done
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
