Responsibilities
Train and onboard new Clinical Support Program (CSP) staff, and provide weekly individual and group supervision to your team
Review clinical reports, track key deliverables, and ensure services are timely, accurate, and impactful
Serve as the direct point of contact for ACS borough office staff, attend Child Safety Conferences, and provide expert clinical input at field office meetings
Design and deliver engaging training sessions for ACS staff
Qualification
Required
Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field; with an LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT; Limited Permit Psychologist licensed in NYS
5+ years of direct service and/or supervisory experience, ideally within the child welfare system
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across teams and agencies
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice
