Required

Basic understanding of industrial engineering principles (e.g., process optimization, time studies)
Obtaining a Masters in Industrial Engineering or similar
Familiarity with project management concepts
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for facility layout and design
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
High level of initiative, accountability, and professional integrity
Outgoing and willing to learn; wants to network and speak with leaders and stakeholders
Requires current enrollment in a graduate university program
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders from operations, process team, IT Systems, including facilitating communication and managing expectations
Familiarity with key supply chain metrics (OTIF, inventory turns, lead time) and distribution network design principles
Exposure to SAP systems, including navigation of modules such as MM (Materials Management), for data retrieval, reporting, or supporting project tracking
Willingness to receive and incorporate feedback
