Automotive Finance Manager

They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to assist their sales team in structuring deals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing profitability. The role involves providing financing recommendations, auditing deals, and maintaining proficiency in automotive finance practices.

Responsibilities
Provides recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases
Presents customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
Ensures sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
Maintains proficiency and certification as required for the position
Accurately desk deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
Ensures every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines
Prepares paperwork and contracts and delivers deals
Accurately audits team deals post-sale and deeply analyzes for improvements
Guarantees the expeditious funding of all contracts
Qualification
Required
Experienced F&I Manager
Solid track record with excellent references
Understanding of automotive finance rules and regulations
Ability to offer 100% of the products to 100% of customers 100% of the time
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
Well-versed in title laws and registration process
Professional personal appearance
Extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
Maintains proficiency and certification as required for the position
Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
Ensures every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines

College degree or equivalent experience
