They are seeking a Veterinary Sales Associate who will educate veterinary professionals on the benefits of Trupanion's insurance, helping to remove financial barriers to care for pets in their community.

Responsibilities

Educate veterinarians, practice managers, and office staff within the local veterinary community
Show how having clients insured by Trupanion will benefit the companion animals and remove financial barriers to care
Provide best practice solutions to integrate Trupanion and its patented software into clinic daily protocols

Required

Must be pet passionate and possess a strong belief in our mission to give responsible pet owners the ability to provide the best care for their pet when it becomes sick or injured
Must live in Brooklyn or Queens community
An innate entrepreneurial drive, embodying an attitude of persistence and patience
Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and with their team in a face paced environment
Inherent ability to effect change, a natural leader
Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Must acquire and maintain your Property & Casualty Insurance License
1-Week comprehensive virtual training

We prefer an individual with 3+ years veterinary hospital experience
