Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure every AV system is program-ready, functional, and aligned with client expectations
Develop and implement control system code for Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, and other leading platforms
Build and fine-tune audio DSP configurations for Biamp, QSC, BSS, ClearOne, and similar systems
Partner with field installation teams to ensure your code works hand-in-hand with system design and installation standards
Conduct thorough system testing, verification, and troubleshooting to ensure every project achieves full functionality before handoff
Create and maintain organized programming documentation, including source code, touch panel templates, and user interface files
Work cross-functionally with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure technical alignment, client satisfaction, and timely delivery
Stay current with emerging AV technologies and control platforms to continuously improve system design and programming quality

Required

5+ years of experience in AV system programming and DSP configuration
Proficiency in Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, or similar control systems
Proven experience with unified collaboration systems such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms
Strong understanding of network protocols and IP-based AV integration
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, signal flow diagrams, and rack elevations
Deep understanding of audio DSP, video routing, control logic, and system commissioning
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Visio, or Stardraw for documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
