Responsibilities

Delivers exceptional customer support by performing on-site installations and managing all aspects of system diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs for complex equipment and systems

Ensures operational quality by inspecting and approving system performance

Trains customers on system operation and maintenance while acting as the primary liaison between the company and the customer for both technical and administrative matters related to assigned projects

Interprets customer needs and determines whether issue resolution should involve sales personnel, customer support representatives, or engineers

Encompasses all facets of field support, including but not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking
