Responsibilities

Assist in the realization of business benefits for clients

Participate in full life cycle client-facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team

Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents

Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations

Provide training to client’s key and end users

Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice

Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects

Required

Experience in Sales Order Management business processes within an ERP system, which may include: Pricing strategies, Costing models, Bonus/Commission structures, Discount management, Supplier Rebates, Quotation management, Trade Agreements, and Sourcing Rules

Experience in multiple ERP implementation projects, with focus on Customer Order Management and/or Sales Order Management

Experience in ERP implementations with direct client interaction, including facilitating client workshops

Experience in the following industry segments: Food & Beverage, Distribution, or Manufacturing, with hands-on ERP configuration and process optimization

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future

Ability to travel up to 75% throughout North America (US and Canada), based on project needs
