Responsibilities

Implementing the Aero Operating Model (AOM) and leading Break Through Objectives (BTO) and Annual Improvement Priority (AIP) initiatives to align with strategic goals

Coordinating corrective actions (CAR/ICAR); and Make/Buy Board decisions

Managing engineering activities such as the Engineering Tools Board, IP/Patent Management, facilities and material management account systems, and the IT portfolio

Overseeing compliance and quality through AS9100 audit management, E&T command media administration, and maintenance of the Lessons Learned database

Supporting other operation initiatives including workforce development and training, metrics and data integration, overhead budget planning, and staffing/ workforce planning

Required

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Master's in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration

Project Management Experience

Agile Experience

Experience applying structured change‑management methodologies

Track record of driving operational‑excellence programs in a large, complex aerospace or defense environments

Hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and sustaining continuous‑improvement initiatives

Success in leading cross‑functional teams to achieve measurable performance gains (e.g., reduced cycle time, improved quality metrics, cost savings)

Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and influence without direct authority
