Responsibilities

Own and evolve MB&A’s Salesforce CI/CD and release engineering and directly ship customer features

Design, build, and review Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP) that extend Salesforce and ExAM products to meet customer requirements

Translate business requirements into solution designs, sequence diagrams, and configuration plans; create migration scripts and data quality checks where needed

Write unit/integration tests, harden solutions against governor limits, and document admin-friendly runbooks

Own GitHub Actions workflows for SFDX/MDAPI/packaging deployments with gates (Apex tests, PMD, ESLint, Jest), artifacts, change logs, and approvals

Define branching strategy, environment promotion (dev → QA → staging → prod), and rollback playbooks; standardize scratch org usage and seed data

Drive security & compliance in pipelines (least-privilege deploys, secret management, code scanning)

Coach engineers and admins on Git, test design, and release hygiene

Create templated repos, CLI wrappers, and onboarding guides

Partner with Engagement/BAs to plan releases, estimate work, and communicate risk/rollout to stakeholders

Required

5+ years Salesforce engineering (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, Flows) delivering production features

2+ years owning CI/CD for Salesforce (GitHub Actions preferred) with SFDX proficiency and strong Git fundamentals

Test automation expertise (Apex tests, Jest for LWC, PMD/ESLint) and practical rollback/recovery experience

Comfortable integrating AppExchange packages (ideally ExAM or similar) into custom solutions

Excellent technical communication and documentation skills

Candidates must have the required Salesforce experience and be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require employer sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future

Preferred

Salesforce PD I (required) plus PD II or Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect (preferred)

Experience in package-based development (unlocked/managed), multi-org programs, and regulated environments

Data tooling familiarity (SFDMU/Data Loader), and exposure to IaC or CodeQL/Dependabot
